My Approach
My style of therapeutic practice is a holistic approach to mental health; addressing energetic, mind, body and spirit by using intuitive therapy as well as somatic experiencing techniques. Intuitive therapy is a form of integrative psychotherapy in which I use my intuition to assist clients in accessing emotions that they may sense but are not consciously aware of. In doing so, it allows for the client to release trapped emotions, which may leave them feeling stuck, unfulfilled or anxious. Somatic experiencing is used in conjunction with intuitive therapy to address traumatic experiences by using the client’s perceived bodily sensations. I work within the client’s window of tolerance, so that releasing trauma from the body is done within each individual’s comfort level.

Anyone needing guidance or support and would like to understand themselves better, identify their passion in life and have a desire to feel more at peace and fulfilled in their lives. Individuals commonly seek out individual therapy for issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sudden life changes, grief/loss or health issues that have impacted their emotional and mental well-being.

Couples Therapy
Ideal For…
Couples who would like to get to know their partners better, understand their own emotional triggers, reconnect and reignite the spark! I have worked with LGBTQ couples, married, engaged or in any long-term committed relationship.
My Approach
Couples will each fill out an intake form as well as a questionnaire that explores their own unique family of origin story. Homework will be assigned for the couple to complete prior to the following session. I use an integrated approach using the Gottman method, Emotionally focused therapy and intuitive therapy.
Family Therapy
Ideal For…
Families from all walks of life and different family systems. The “traditional” family system is no longer the only way to be a family! We are expanding and growing in our ideology of what constitutes family; however that can pose challenges in navigating relationships between different communication styles and backgrounds.
My Approach
Families are systems on a smaller scale; in my approach we look at the family as its own system and explore each family member’s attachment style and communication patterns. Collaboratively, we establish goals to accomplish while in therapy.
